Departure Day #1 Cowpen Lk to Eufalla Al

I was scheduled to leave on Sunday morning but with 60% rain forecast, I decided to wait.
The trip started interesting, good. Mixed day First part scary, crazy & then thunderstorms around 3pm then drinking a Bacardi & Coke on a yacht.
Departure: Monday morning @ 10:00am Weather was pretty good - had to skirt around a few rain clouds. Landed on the Suwanee River a little tricky with the 8-9 mile an hour current. I needed to transfer the fuel to the wings. Also, landed on Lake Seminole-there was no shoreline, it was more of a swamp with gators; so, I had to get in the water keeping a close eye on the gators as I had to get one of the gas containers out of the float on the other side and to turn the airplane around in a bed of grass that I thought was a beach. Then landed @ Eufaula, AL. Met Dennis, who was gracious enough to take me in for the evening (approx.40ft yacht); otherwise, I'd be sleeping in my tent.
Tomorrow heading to Lake Martin and Guntersville. Check out the video of my departure out of the Suwanee River.
